Marinating beef is not complicated at all You can buy the marinade from any Asian market and soak the meat in the marinade. While the rice is cooking and the beef is marinating, dice the onions and carrots.

After the rice is cooked, get a large pan, put it on medium heat, and add the rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. At the same time, add the marinated beef. Cook these ingredients until the marinated beef is done cooking.
