Bruschetta

A coarse loaf, bread hearty, sliced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 / 4 cup fresh Basil, end and
Drizzle bread slices with olive oil. In a toaster oven toast Well Crisp. Remove from oven and rub the garlic clove over the warm toast. Place Brie on toast, return to oven and heat Well cheese melts. Top with tomatoes and Basil and eat at once!
