Curry Dip
Try this simple dip with crudités, sliced apples and pears, or bread sticks. It Has A mild curry flavor is very appealing and That Makes For A Great Addition to Any Collection or buffet or appetizers. Actually this dip HAS better flavor When made at least 6 hours in advance, but is Also Quite Good made at the last minute for impromptu entertaining.
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated onion and juice
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper
Whisk together all of the ingredients. Immediately Serve, or chill up to 48 hours before serving.
Makes 1 cup or dip.
