Crab & Cheese Mushrooms





20 to 28 large mushrooms
2 cups cream cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 / 4 teaspoon white pepper
1 small can crab meat, flaked
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Steam for about 5-7 minutes until mushrooms in a Steamer baskets starting to get tender. Meanwhile let cream cheese set at room temperature till softened slightly. When softened enough to mix, add the small lives of crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, white pepper and mix well. Remove mushrooms from the cream cheese mixture with Steamer and stuff. Place mushrooms on foil on cookie sheet and top with shredded cheese and bake at 350 until all cheese is melted and slightly browned on top (about 10 minutes).
