Curried Deviled Eggs
Deviled eggs are always gobbled up Immediately at Any party or picnic, but eggs thesis SEEM to be grabbed here faster Than Most Other recipes. The curry powder adds a unique flavor to the eggs That Really Makes the pop flavor, but it isn't so thats it really differentiate upset the purist. Most people here can not identify what the flavor is differential, They just know They like it. This is our basic recipe with the addition under Curry powder or ... if you like sweet things differentiate Normally add minced onion or relish, go ahead and add the curry flavor Them Too shaft is great with bone healing or Those additions.
8 large hard-boiled eggs
1 / 3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced scallions
1 teaspoon curry powder
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Peel the eggs and cut length wise in half Them. Remove the yolk and place in a small bowl. Mash the yolk and add the mayonnaise Until smooth. Until a smooth paste forms mix. Mix in the scallions, curry powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Spoon the egg mixture Into the Halves, or pipe using a pastry bag and star tip.
