* 1 lb. American cheese
* 3 crushed garlic pods
* 1 c. chopped pecans
* 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
* 1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
* 1 c. pimento cheese
* 2 T. Tabasco
Blend well and shape in size of small round cracker. Roll in paprika and wrap in foil. Chill. Makes 2-3 rolls.
